These Terms govern the use of the GPX Excellence site and the technical and professional services described in the Services section.
Account
Creating a real request (Ticket) requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
Permitted use
The service must be used for lawful purposes related to graphic production. Use that violates the law, third-party rights, or the security of the system is prohibited.
Intellectual property
The GPX brand, content and method remain the property of the site owner. Material you upload or describe remains your property.
Limitation of liability
GPX primarily uses Artificial Intelligence systems as an analysis and support tool. The responses, diagnoses, hypotheses, indications and suggestions generated may contain errors or may not apply to all operating conditions: always verify their correctness, applicability and effectiveness before using them.
